Refund Policy for Mugged Moments

At Mugged Moments, we strive to deliver the best possible experience. However, we understand that there may be situations requiring cancellations or refunds. Our refund policy is as follows:

If you cancel your booking within 60 days before the scheduled service, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 2 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
